Introduction

The UCA Student Office was created in the academic year 2019/20 to help students with extra support. Our dedicated and professional team is available to provide comprehensive guidance and information services in a single space where students can gain access to all of our academic and administrative procedures.

What We Do

Our goals are as follows:

  1. . To offer comprehensive support services to both national and international students (together with the Welcome Centre).
  2. . To centralize in a single hub all the information and advice UCA students may need to improve their academic development.
  3. . To promote effective communication with students, hearing out their needs and requests, improving the mechanisms that help them express such needs or enquiries, centralising procedures and  offering mediation in the resolution of conflicts.
  4. . To work in coordination with student representatives, student delegations and student associations as well as provide advice and ongoing support on a variety of issues.
  5.   To facilitate life at university for students, offering information and services on housing, transport, sports, cultural activities, etc.
  6. . Centralize academic and administrative procedures and formalities in a One-Stop-Shop for students.
